Working on supper at the moment.
Having a breakfast casserole.
I cut up about 9 pieces of bread into cubes
and placed them into the bottom of a 
greased casserole dish.
Then in a bowl whisk together 6 eggs,
season salt, onion powder, salt & pepper,
1 packet sausage gravy mix,
and 2 1/3rd cups milk.
Pour over top of bread cubes.
Fry up a pound of cut up bacon in a skillet.
Drain and sprinkle on top of bread & egg mix.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake 350 degrees for about 25 - 30 minutes.


Around 11:00am this morning me and hubby went
and did our final mudding and sanding
at the carryout.  We had to replace drywall,
an entire electrical outlet, mud & sand the walls.
Maybe this coming weekend we'll
get the bathroom totally painted.


After our side job we went and did our grocery shopping
for the week.  I think we spent about $55.
Here are the meals I have planned for this week...

1.  Breakfast casserole.
2.  Teriyaki chicken with stir fry veggies & oriental noodles.
3.  Smoked sausage pizzas homemade.
4.  Tuna and noodle casserole.
5.  Shake n Bake pork chops with mashed potatoes, corn
6.  Pork chops with stuffing and corn.
7.  Cheddar brats with mac & cheese.
8.  Ham and baked beans soup with corn bread.

-Blueberry pancakes
