Last day of vacation for hubby.
Today we got the rest of our things put away from vacation,
hubby tidied up the kitchen and mowed the grass and
I got the air conditioner coils cleaned off
and removed old leaves from around the unit.
They say to expect hot, humid and 90 degree temps
this Friday and weekend so wanted
to make sure the air conditioner is running up to par.
Still need to check the filter.
You're AC unit will run better if you
clean the coils, remove debris from around it and replace filter
when dirty.
I should've took a picture of our neighbor's AC right next
to ours. He does absolutely nothing to take care of it!
There's leaves around 3 out of 4 of the sides of it
blocking the vents.
Our air conditioner is 21 years old his is 20.
The dates are posted right on the side of the unit.
1 ton+ air conditioners are not cheap so you better
take care of the one you have.
