I'm making Apple Pie Biscuits for brunch/breakfast.
I tweaked the recipe some.
I used 2 cans of smaller biscuits because
that's what I had in the fridge needing used up.
I doubled the cinnamon sugar recipe because of 
doubling the biscuits.
And I also made this in a casserole dish
instead of an iron skillet.
Instead of making the powdered sugar glaze
I'm using leftover cream cheese frosting
melted in the microwave and drizzled over top.

For a simple lunch today I made up 4 bags
of ramen noodles, added 2 packets creamed
chicken and 1 roast chicken flavoring
and a can of drained tuna fish.
