10:15am

Went to the metal scrap place this morning.
Made $76 with our small haul of free scrap metal.
That should pay for our groceries this week.
Getting ready to head to the bank
and then to get our weekly groceries.

I shopped 2 stores, Kroger & Meijers,
used a couple of coupons but mostly
shopped the sales.
I spent a total of $97.81 for 3 weeks worth of meals.
That breaks down to $32.60 for each week.
The scrap metal free money paid for 75% of our groceries.
During this 3 week period
I will still need to get extra milk, pop, bread, cheese, eggs,
the basic things.

Brain is hurting after doing this menu!!!
